ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

 

IZZI is committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Item/s can be returned for:

  • Change of mind:

    • if they are unworn and unwashed with tags, labels and hygiene stickers in place. 

    • if they have been tried on only; unwashed with tags, labels and hygiene stickers in place.

  • Defect in item/s:

    • whether worn or unworn.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  1. For ‘change of mind’ returns within Australia, you must contact us within five days from the date of receiving the good to begin the return process. The date of receiving the good is determined by the date Australia Post (or Sendle) deems the good to have been delivered to the customer’s chosen address.  Requests made outside of this period will not be accepted.

  2. For ‘change of mind’ international return requests, you must contact us within 14 days from the date of receiving the good to begin the return process. The date of receiving the good is determined by the date Australia Post deems the good to have been delivered to the customer’s chosen address. Requests made outside of this period will not be accepted.

  3. Any 'change of mind' item/s returned that have been marked, soiled or damaged will not be accepted.

  4. Ensure to follow care instructions on the label carefully.  We will not fix colour fading, burring/pulling, reduced elasticity, fabric deterioration and colour running.

  5. IZZI garments are made from delicate materials and will normally experience “wear and tear” over time.

 

 

RETURNS PROCESS

CHANGE OF MIND

 

To begin return process please email info@izziswim.com within the grace period stating your name, order number and delivery address. We will endeavour to respond within 24 hours.

Once we have granted authorisation for a return please follow the steps below:

  1. Garment in original condition; unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. 

  2. Ensure tags are attached and the item/s are replaced into garment bag. 

  3. Complete the return form enclosed within the original packaging. 

  4. Send your item/s and completed return form to:

DEFECT IN ITEM/S

 

If you discover a defect upon receiving the item/s or upon wearing the item/s please email info@izziswim.com stating your name, order number and delivery address. We will endeavour to respond within 24 hours. 

Once we have granted authorisation for a return please follow the steps below:

  1. Complete the return form enclosed within the original packaging or which we will provide you if required.

  2. Send your item/s and completed return form to:

POSTAGE COSTS FOR RETURNS

 

IZZI FINN Pty Ltd does not accept responsibility for customer sent return packages; so it is recommended that when shipping returns that meet the above required criteria, customers should select a service that provides tracking and is insured, in case of loss or damage.

Duty, tax and/or shipping costs incurred on a return order is at the customers’ expense and shall not be refunded unless the item is deemed to contain a fault by an IZZI swimwear representative.
